Andre kommentarer om hotellet: I had a really enjoyable time at the Indra, However When I made enquiries about staying longer There was no negotiation of obtaining a better rate. I wanted to stay there but at the end of the day I sourced a hotel closer to the skytrain with the same breakfast and pool facilities for 3000 BHT cheaper for the 5 days I needed to book for. If the indra was able to negotiate to match this I would have happily have stayed there. Next Time I hope. [ThailandHoteller.com integr.ERR:escaping]

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: we booked non smoking fl. but prrovided smoking rooms on first night. Could not get INTERNET access at room only can use at lobby. Besides that Breakfast qlty is very poor and not many choices. Most of the items are almost same. Front ofc Manager attitude is very bad and it is not a Thai Hospitality at this Indra Regent Hotel.

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: Gammal byggnad med renoveringsbehov. SlÀng ut heltÀckningsmattorna som luktar. Poolen ok men baren dyr. Frukosten ok. LÀget (Pratunam) för shopping med mycket låga priser Àr mycket bra.

Hvordan bestilling ble håndtert: ThailandHoteller.com is a very efficient booking service - but they need to modernise and get a map version like other booking sites - it is much easier than going through a list of hotels you have no idea where they are located. Otherwise hassle free.
Andre kommentarer om hotellet: The Indra Regent is a lovely hotel in the best location in Bangkok - close to all the great shopping malls, as well as markets.This was our second stay in 3 years and the standard was as good, would definitely recommend this hotel. Andre kommentarer om hotellet: Took some time when checking in, two family room caused problems...got one family room and one family suite. Free of charge. The suite was not impressing. The air conditioning did not work properly. The prices in the lobby bar was too high. The fitness room is a joke. Very bad condition and dangerous to use. Location of hotel is perfect, close to Indra Square, Pratunam Market and Bayoke Sky hotel shopping mall. We went for the tiger temple one day...2 hour drive they said...took 3.5 there and 3h back. The temple it self is not worth the visit. Have stayed at 3 other hotels (Amari Watergate, Arnoma, Bayoke sky hotel) in the area before. [ThailandHoteller.com integr.ERR:escaping]

We have stayed here before a few times, and found the service to be what we expected. The location for shopping is awesome. Andre kommentarer om hotellet: the location of this hotel is ideal for shopping. At our arrival, we had an upgrade for the room, and we appreciate very much. Good breakfast buffet with a large choice. Quality of room is good, but the customer service is not at top. We paid 250 THB for 1 hour internet connexion the first time (which is very expensive), but this item was very bad, and did not work well during this time. The second time, we had to complaint 3 times before the manager gives us an other password for using the connexion. We did not like how this little problem has been solved, we have lost 1.5 hour with the manager. [ThailandHoteller.com integr.ERR:escaping]

The outside of the hotel looks bad, but inside the lobby looks as a 5 star hotel, and the rooms are big and very clean. They a have a nice swimmingpool with a bar. Food and drinks are expensive. Andre kommentarer om hotellet: we had a nice time in bangkok, unfortunately when we got home and unpacked our bags we found 5 mens tops had been taken out of one of the bags. we checked out at 12noon and we were able to store the bags beside the conceirge desk until collection at 2pm. so some one in bangkok has 5 new tops. if these can be located we would be very pleased to have them sent to us. not a very satisfactory ending to a nice holiday. would you be so kind as to forward our dissatisfaction to the manager of the indra regent hotel.

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: Nice hotel is great location for shopping at markets. Beware of the hotel cars as they are out to rip you off, taxi a much better option. Pool a little run down & breakfast OK, many hotels this standard around this area, but this is worth a stay.
