Hvordan bestilling ble håndtert: The website was easy no navigate, confirmation was quick and correct and we definitely got the best value, one night free with one night, we could have expected, including a sea view room. Will definitely use your service again.
Andre kommentarer om hotellet: The resort room was wonderful, as was the view of the Gulf. The mini TV was a little disappointing. The staff, overall,was excellent, courteous, competent and always smiling. The towel sculptures on the bed every day were amazing. The only drawbacks seem to be the restaurant, and the breakfast. Service was spotty, many of the staff were trainees. The food selection was limited to three set items, no buffet style, and the staff often got the orders wrong, or forgot them completely. The location of the resort is best for people who have their own transportation, or just want to hang out at the beach. We went during the beginning of off season, which may explain many of the items above. We would definitely stay there again.

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: A very nice and clean Hotel. We had the Cottage Deluxe. The cottages are a bit old, but clean, and have everything you need. The resort is spread over different plateaus against a steep hill. Very regular transport services with golf carts and little open buses make sure that you never have to wait to be transported to the restaurant (on top of the hill) and back to the beach or rooms. magnificient views on the bay.The beach and pool facilities are clean and provide several services.

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: Ever the best resort on the island. Kind staff, good food, good pool. Beautiful beach with excellent snorkeling opportunities (coral reef in front of the hotel). Very clean sandy beach in a separated bay that can became a shortage in the future because of the ongoing development of new buildings year by year. Same size of beach but more and more people. We liked this hotel because of the advantage of non-crowded, separated, silent beach.

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: This hotel is great!Location-wise you are at the very end of kai bae and with car it feels remote because of a steep hill to get past but walking along the beach you are on kai bae main street in 10min.The facilities at the hotel are great, pool spotless and beach quiet as its only hotel guest allowed. Rooms were spacious, trendy decorated and we had a deluxe room which had a spectacular view from the balcony! Food wasnt great. Breakfast buffet was very nice but the restaurang was quiet in the evening and food not so good. however, 5min walk on the beach and you have some exceptionally good and really cheap beach restaurants.

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: Wonderful view from the restaurant and rooms. But rooms are old, territory is small. Location is bad: far from Kai Bei village, no shops and restaurants near the hotel. No taxi at Koh Chang at all, just Tuk-Tuk (inconvenient and expensive) and rented motorbikes. No working facilities at the hotel. It was a reconstruction during our stay: everytime we heard a loud sound of a drilling machine, workers and tractors are everywhere. Everywhere there is a garbage from the reconstruction. I think, the reconstruction will take long time, some months.

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: The grounds of the hotel are left with full, natural tropical forests and many trees on a cliff allowing superior views and much shade and wonderful fauna. The staff is friendly and service is good. Many rooms are new, but the sound isolation is not so great. Our only real complaint about the resort is their expansion to accommodate mass tourism, which is unfortunate for such a wonderful location. The breakfast and dinner area are also now available up the steep hill accessible by shuttle or tram. It makes it impersonal, but otherwise the facilities and location are super. We would recommend the hotel if you are aware there are quite some distances from restaurant to the rooms.

Some rebuilding ongoing that divided the area in two parts, but not a big issue.It is far from everything, so if you like party in the evenings or a rich supply of restaurants, this isn t the place.

Hvordan bestilling ble håndtert: Everything went well as usual except that when we arrived at the hotel, we were told that the room we had booked was not available. Thankfully the hotel staff helped us find a suitable alternative, but we are a bit disappointed that Sawasdee and the hotel messed up the room booking and therefore the lower rating.
Andre kommentarer om hotellet: Had a wonderful time and found the hotel great, especially the friendly staff (eg manager Mr Dao). The hotel is very quiet and relaxing and nicely separated from the hustle and bustle. The beach is excellent and in our opinion, the best on the island. The hotel staff do a fantastic job keeping everything clean and which adds to the experience.Recommend taking the rooms in the new building rather than the older rooms in the main building.
