Andre kommentarer om hotellet: its ok. one of the rooms had a terrible bed and the air con wasn t working well in another. we ended up moving a couple of times. the price we payed online was higher than they were offering walk-ins as well. the staff were nice enough but if you look, you can find much better up the road.

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: we didnt expect much from the hotel, but it was better than we expected. the weather is hot at that time so we re glad our room have both A/C and fan. the toilet is a bit cramped, but that s not a big deal. somehow im sure that if it was a crowded season, with lots of bar around the hotel s location, the room will be vulnerable to noise as it s wall is a bit thin. so we re lucky we came during low season with less people in the vicinity. but my ultimate conclusion is the hotel is a good value for the price we paid, and also a bit better than expected. Andre kommentarer om hotellet: Krabi was nice and we have a wonderful time there. Hotel clean, staffs were friendly but having problem with the electrical items in the room. Ceiling fan not working. Electrical fuses short circuit when hot shower and aircon used together and smell of burnt in the room. We have to use only either the aircon or hot shower at a time. We stayed for 4 nites and finally the last nite during midnight whole circuit board gave way and nothing can be used and we have to sleep only with a spare stand fan loan to us by the helpful receptionist.

Hvordan bestilling ble håndtert: While the bank transfer option is a very good one, it took longer than usual for the funds to clear and I regularly needed to email ThailandHoteller.com.com for an update as to whether or not the funds had cleared and my booking was confirmed.

It s in a very good location, provides free wi-fi in the rooms (very rare in Ao Nang), is well cleaned, drinking water is provided daily, communal microwave & kettle are provided.
