Hvordan bestilling ble håndtert: We booked hotelroom including breakfast for five days, payed in advance, and arriving at the hotel we were told that they didn´t serve breakfast. They didn´t even had any restaurant, and the booking service should have knowledge about that, this caused us a lot ot trouble with the local management.
Andre kommentarer om hotellet: The hotel is situated very close to the party beach , wich we found no information about on the website. We are around 50 years, and did not enjoy listening to the music all night long.. We have never met a more uninterested staff before at any hotel. We agree with the remarks from Lonely Planet that it is sad to see how Phi Phi Island has converted into a big garbage and sound pollutioned island. It´s beyond rescue.
