Hvordan bestilling ble håndtert: Very simple & stress free.The resort had our booking on their computer, we didnt even need to show them our paperwork from ThailandHoteller.com.Excellent service.
Andre kommentarer om hotellet: We could not fault this resort. Our every request was happily fulfilled & very much appreciated by us.The spacious apartment style rooms were clean & the beds were extremely comforable. Ample bathroom amenities were supplied, no need to bring all those extra things like shampoo & conditioner with you.The resort staff were fantastic & certainly reflected the Land of Smiles motto.The breakfast buffet was of a high standard & once again it was no trouble at all to ask for your eggs to be poached or scrambled as opposed to fried which was the standard. Just ask & you shall receive seemed to be the general consensus.Our room was always cleaned promptly & thoroughly.We would definately stay here again & would highly recommend this resort to anyone else who appreciates the Thai hospitality that oozes in this resort.
