Andre kommentarer om hotellet: It was super holiday at Sunwing Resort. The Hotel has different pools and nice sea. Helpful staff. Sunwing is good for families with children. Massage near the Beach was very good, specially made by thai women Fon.

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: Wonderful hotel. Great food. Great children activitys. The only problem we had was that we three times didnt got our food at same time or that the staff missed our order. Otherwise this is a fabolus hotel. The best ever.

Hvordan bestilling ble håndtert: Easy and straight forward. The only thing that was a concern was the full visa transaction taking place prior to us arriving but I guess this is the process that is in place.
Andre kommentarer om hotellet: What a great hotel! Clean grounds, awesome restaurant right on the beach, Great food, perfect atmosphere for what we were looking for. Sure there are things that are focused on the little kids but that didn t bother us with teenagers. Also the family suite was great, six beds with lots of room. Nice pools, quiet low key atmosphere. Hvordan bestilling ble håndtert: The booking through ThailandHoteller.com for the hotel was fine however we also booked a car from the airport which never showed up. When we called the number provided nobody seemed to know anything about the booking. As a result we got a local taxi which worked out around half price compared to the vehicle through ThailandHoteller.com. I wouldn t recommend using ThailandHoteller.com.com for airport pickup.
Andre kommentarer om hotellet: We had a great time at the Sunwing hotel. It s clean and pleasant, it s a great setting in a quiet location, the staff are so helpful and friendly. The Sunwing is really geared up for families with children and offer lots of child activities and a great atmosphere to keep the little ones entertained and happy. Although we don t have children we loved the Sunwing can confirm that it s a great place for adults too. I would definately recommend the Sunwing to my friends and I would love to go there again. Hvordan bestilling ble håndtert: I ll like to make a small frienly remark on booking. Our prebooking for a family room was made on 17.Oct-06 and the final conformation was made in early Feb -07. When arrived there was no familyroom avaiable ? OK, we got 2 nice adjoining rooms instead. It would be more convenient and polite to advice us about the situation in advance !Thanks
