Andre kommentarer om hotellet: 3rd time to Phuket/Patong.2nd time staying at Patong Resort.Resort very well situated. Amenities above expectation. Great value and breakfast variety (built into package) good.Beds typical Asian (very hard) so Westerners need to request mattress top ups which make it acceptable.Meals around Patong restaurants improved to some very good quality/value.Shopping still excellent value (bargain though)and plentiful. One negative is the touts flogging time share schemes annoying so when they ask you if you speak English as an attempted intro immediately decline any further conversation. All up great value and pleasant.

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: The resort is positioned at Nai Yang, reception staff were helpful and polite.Good clean rooms and i liked the white tiles through out the room and good size fridge. Could replace the old TV with a new Flat screen TV to make even better. A DVD player would be nice also. On a sad note.The beach area was heavy polluted with plactic and other pieces of junk, this was a put off and needs to be cleaned up to attract more tourists.

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: This was our fourth stay at the Centara Karon Beach Resort and it seemed to lack the atmosphere of previous visits. May staff have left or been replaced and many of the new lacked customer relations and interest.Breakfast is buffet and quite adequate however self service for coffee etc and no muesli detracted. The breakfast reception was poor and you often had to wait fairly long while they tried to find a table although it was clear several were vacant. Queuing for eggs very slow.Happy hours at the pool have changed to 5pm to 7pm (it was 4-6) and lack of people was evident which certainly detracted the atmosphere. Drink prices also appear to have risen.We had several mistakes with our bill and were key locked out of our room prior to our departure (their error).Room was adequately maintained. One of the 3 swimming pools was dirtied by someone and it took far to long for the matter to be rectified.Overall still a good resort however we were disappointed and will probably go elsewhere next time [ThailandHoteller.com integr.ERR:escaping]

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: 酒店給我們免費升級，房間超大，陽臺也很大。服務很好，免費不限時上網哦。唯一缺點就是電視機太小太舊，頻道太少。酒店餐廳吃的選擇比較少，附近沙灘有2家餐廳可以吃，很便宜。出酒店大門右手邊20米是租車站，左手邊走10分鐘，上2個坡有家茅草屋餐廳，超贊！開了18年，老奶奶的手藝很好，18歲的孫女很漂亮，強烈推薦。

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: This is the third time at this hotel and we really enjoy staying there. In spite of the problems I will outline. Its spoilt by one or two real issues. The first is they charge 200bht just for you to check e-mail. In a hotel of this price Internet access should be free. Charging for it is like being asked to pay to use the toilet. Many other less expensive hotels provide free wi fi. Seaview should do so. The hotel room service menu is very limited, it needs updating and more diversity. There is no Children s menu. This is unacceptable in a hotel at this price. The location suits us and the pool access rooms are so good for our 7 year old daughter we dont have to leave the room to see she is safe.But service in the restaurant, although usually good let us down a few times. The food quality is good but the service sometimes slow. Even though my wife speaks Thai so its nothing to do with communication.Overall we had a good time but I dont like to have to pay for Internet or put up with very high prices not supported by the room or the hotel facilities. Even the deluxe rooms are quite cramped for two adults and one child.If they removed the internet charge, reduced the room price (even slightly) and improved the availability of suitable food choices we would visit again. But at the moement having just arrived home, I dont think we will return to the Seaview again. Why? because we can find more appropraite hotels in Patong a lot cheaper with childrens menu s and free wifi access. [ThailandHoteller.com integr.ERR:escaping]

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: We had 6 family members travellilng together and we had the poolside access rooms and one senior suite and they were excellent- nice size rooms. Bed was comfortable and the rooms and bathroom was spotless. Bathroom has large bath - and then also seperate toilet and shower areas. We had welcoming fruit which was nice. Restaurant has excellent food at good prices. They had someone playing the piano and singing each night and the view overlooking Patong Beach is great. Service from the staff was prompt and helpful. It is more than a walking distance to the shops and the hotel has a free shuttle to the shops several times per day - Tuk Tuk was only 3000 baht for the trip if you couldn t wait for the shuttle. The Hotel is located at one end of Patong Beach up on the Hillside and it is nice a quiet which is a welcome relief from the activity of Patong Beach. We would stay here again when we come to Phuket. Hvordan bestilling ble hndtert: I asked and booked for a double room with balcony and it was confirmed, but when the hotel contacted me they said that no double rooms with a balcony were available so I was changed to a room without balcony.
Andre kommentarer om hotellet: I just returned from a week in Phuket where I stayed at the Expat hotel. The hotels location is excellent if you want to be close to the night time excitment of Bangla road and all that entails. The hotel itself provides clean basic rooms at a good price. The staff on my visit were all excellent and were happy to please if asked. The only down side from my opinion is that the beds are a bit hard for my liking, but thats my opinion and I appreciate others may infact like that. I hired a motor bike from the hotel and a days hirs was 250 Baht and the booking itself was easy and done in about 5 minutes. The hotel has a sports bar which was a good place to have breakfast or a few drinks at night prior to hitting the town. If you prefer to get with the locals, there is a great little place to eat called No 6 which if you walk down the entrance road of the hotel to the T intersection, turn right and about 50 mts the No6 is over the road on your left. All up a good little hotewl, with clean rooms, great staff and a good location. I would stay here again without doubt.

No discussion, not even listening , so finally I gave the free room during the night of the 12th to 2 Thai kids and left on the 13th .now I am spending my money until the 20th in Kamala at the Resort Beach ...kick your managers a... the guest, soending a lot of money at the bar should be treated accordingly [ThailandHoteller.com integr.ERR:escaping]

Если собираетесь много времени проводить в номере -ищите подороже. И учите языки- каждый день на ресепшине одна картина русские пытающиеся по- русски объяснить тайке свои претензии и очень раздражающиеся от непонимания. Andre kommentarer om hotellet: 出门非常方便，步行到海滩，步行到BIG C都5分钟。周边的旅行社，按摩店，商店，餐厅非常多。房间很一般，超级普通，毫无特色。值得安慰的是电视频道很多，有几个台蛮好看的。上网有点贵，120泰铢一个小时。
