Hvordan bestilling ble håndtert: Booking easy but paying bill not always easy as it looks. Instructions not always clear. Took time for payment to show on their system. Send SMS message to alert them. Customer service very good.
Andre kommentarer om hotellet: The location listing is very misleading. The hotel is almost 100km south of Nai Harn just north of Bang Saphan about 20 KM. Once in the area there are many signs directing you but look carefully. Very nice hotel and restaurant. Very clean beach with easy access across the street.

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: Nice rooms with high standard. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite, which was huge with 2 large bedrooms (each with 1 double bed) and a kithcen/living room.Staff and general service not great. Breakfast was OK where you choose from a selected menu, but you had to choose either cofee/tea or juice (why not include both...?).Location is pretty lousy of you re an ordinary tourist. It s on the outskirts of Rawai and a long walk away from Nai Harn beach.The hotel adjoins a night club and across the street there are at least 2 bar-girl bars.

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: New hotel with about 20 rooms - practically equipped in contemporary style - in a two storey building L-shaped around a nice pool area. Friendly staff. Only downside: They installed a night club next to the little restaurant that plays high bass sound till 4 am. Not very loud in the rooms but clearly audible and definitely going on my nerves.
