Andre kommentarer om hotellet: not happy had a gold chain and gold charm also some tiffany bracelets stolen from our room by the cleaner on our day of check out. she said to my wife i ll quickly clean the room before we go that was at 3 0 clock we left at 4 0 clock to get vip bus to pattaya and called soon as we noticed and the hotel have done nothing to help us will never stay again [ThailandHoteller.com integr.ERR:escaping]

Andre kommentarer om hotellet: Excellent hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Booked all my tours thru them. Breakfast was great, we ordered various meals and the food was excellent. Paid to be collected by Hotel to and from Airport, Tom (driver) very nice and on time. Did a day trip (hired Tom & car) .. to see Temple, Big Budda and Sunset ... very nice and reasonably priced. Seven Eleven just around corner as well as a very nice restuarant called No. 9 ... great food. Hotel 2 minutes from beach, pool of hotel very nice. Next to the back entrance of Novotel. Hotel has a lift. Rooms were cleaned daily, and go new towels and a bottle of water each daily. Beach towels were supplied by Hotel. Excellent value for money, would HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Should I go back to Phuket I will stay there again. 10 minutes walk from the main area of Phuket, so not noisy at all. Walk next to beach.
